亞馬遜如果要出售有品牌備案的產品，便需要得到品牌擁有者的授權，即使是自家的兩個賬號也是一樣的，否則會被亞馬遜以侵權行為給賬號帶來些負面的影響。

在亞馬遜備案時，品牌持有人備案要有企業郵箱，而經銷商備案yoga授權書來替代企業郵箱進行提交，這是亞馬遜分辨是否為關聯的方式之一，所以需要提供合法的授權書，這樣亞馬遜也不會去查看兩個賬號是否存在關聯。

授權書是PDF的格式，下載之后可以直接用PDF編輯器填寫，也可以轉成word格式后填寫，比較麻煩的是下面幾行，不過填寫內容也不復雜。

其余內容可以直接在文檔中填寫，最后的品牌持有者聯系人需要手寫的簽名以及蓋章，再掃描成PDF之后上傳給亞馬遜，填寫完成之后再把其他資料一同上傳后等待亞馬遜的回復。
