【第3句】：向學部申請所需晨讀教室和告知此晨讀以后需用到的地方（如三教前塑像廣場）。

【第4句】：向英語老師咨詢，科學地制定每星期較為詳細、系統的學習計劃，有計劃的進行晨讀。

注：3—6為常規活動，7-8為特定項目（月末或期末舉行）

【第9句】：宣傳部拍攝晨讀活動的宣傳及活動開展的照片，存檔。

【第10句】：宣傳部將晨讀情況錄成視頻，在學部的網絡渠道上進行宣傳。

【第11句】：學習部不定期進行小調查、統計，適時了解大家的意見，隨時進行改善

由于這個組織并非是強制性的'，而是自發形成的隊伍，為了

【第1句】：對于一學期都堅持不遲到不早退、不缺到者，頒發勤奮獎和獎勵獎品/獎金。

【第2句】：對于一學期內英語水平明顯提高者，頒發飛躍獎和獎勵獎品/獎金。

【第3句】：對于一學期內積極參加晨讀舉辦的各項活動者，頒發積極獎和獎勵獎品/獎金。

1晨讀者不能帶早餐進入晨讀區，保持一個好的學習環境。

2做好簽到工作利于獎懲（最好每一個晨讀者編排一個號碼）
